Jimmy John's Bread

I am very happy because I recently learned that Jimmy John's sells day-old bread for only fifty cents! Today, Hannah, Julie, Emily, and I went to Jimmy John's convenient location for a loaf of bread after running. It was extremely delicious, and I couldn't even tell it was a day old. Plus, it was very refreshing to fill up on carbohydrates after a long day's practice. The experience was so great that we will most likely make it a track tradition. Thank you, Jimmy John's, for the amazing and low-priced loaf of bread. It was great and made my day!

  1. Megan...this sounds like a very European tradition...I'm sure Dominique would be proud that you're buying baguette.

  4. I love Jimmy John's bread I think your right it's the absolute best! It was so funny I was thinking about Jimmy John's bread today and it was sounding really good. However, I never knew thay sold their day old bread for only fifty cents that is crazy...crazy as in awesome. My brother just started to work at Jimmy John's today, so i am planning to go there everyday (well not everyday but some days) that he works and get bread. I never went in just to get bread, and I am not sure why not because their bread is so good. After reading your blog, you really inspired me to go out in get day old bread, I think I will this weekend when my brother works and just order bread. Well, thanks Megan for the inspiration to go out and buy bread bacause it sounds really fun.

  5. Megan, I must say, you have a great taste in breads! I had no idea they sold them by the loaf, And for only fifty cents! Megan, I'm glad that you filled up on some healthy carbs after a long run. Haha, I eat whatever I'm hungry for, I don't think about heath factors. I'm only going to be young for so long, and I'm taking full advantage of my super high metabolism! Have you ever realized how the slogan "Freaky fast, freaky good" is half wrong? I think Jimmy John's can be soo slow sometimes! Oh well, I don't want to complain, I need to think positive! Thanks for the fabulous idea Megan!
